Tool Symbology
- Symbols & Tools
- Every religion has it's share of symbology which is incorporated
into ritual and ceremony. From a "divine" shawl of
a minister or priest, to an ornately decorated alter complete
with flowers, candles and statues. Understanding and believing
in what each of these symbols or tools represent within the structure
of your ritual is what gives them power.
-
- These objects can be used for honoring, for maintaining focus
or concentration or to represent certain aspects of the God and
Goddess, the Alchemy of life or even the nature of a particular
energy. For instance, an athame represents masculine energy and
be used in rituals for honoring the God or as a representation
of male energy.
